Ted is a large as life bullock driver who delivers to the great outback of Australia. He takes on the task of delivering much needed stores to the small towns and communities and to many stations along the way. He picks up wool and other produce from the stations and farms which he delivers to the ports and the rail heads. Ted, though rough and ready, is usually a mild-mannered man who loves his bullocks and his life. In return his bullocks love him and they pull every load he asks them to. They look out for each other out there in the never never, the one always depending on the others. Their lives are always connected. Ted follows the routes which mainly lead from one water source to another. Along the way Ted finds love and friendship. He faces hardship and danger almost daily in those great deserts to the north, but he finds much along the way that brings him joy. The Aussy bullocky, an icon. One that has stood the test of time. God bless them all, they are sadly missed.
