Mark Dunkley is a Visiting Fellow affiliated to Cranfield Forensic Institute, a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London and a Member of the Security Institute. He is also a Field Officer in the British Army Reserve where his interests encompass understanding the exploitation of cultural heritage across the spectrum of conflict.

Dr Christopher Jasparro is geographer, field, archaeologist and specialist in cultural property protection and countering cultural heritage exploitation. He is a former civil servant whose last post was an endowed chair at the U.S. Naval War College.
