Today, Morukian is a globally recognized expert in organizational culture change, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and intercultural communication. As president of MSM Global Consulting and a faculty member at American University, Morukian facilitates learning for leaders who want to build human connection and elevate organizational performance. A sought-after speaker and thought partner, she has collaborated with organizations that include the State Department, NIH, World Bank, AAWA, PBS Distribution, Apple, and Pew Charitable Trusts. Morukian has presented on the TEDx stage, been featured in Forbes, and is the author of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Trainers. She hosts the podcast Culture Stew.
