It was a typical, beautiful day when the storm came out of nowhere. Bentley and the other bees had to flee their hive and pass the storm in Bernie Bunny's burrow. The storm is scary, but at least they're safe!
But when they come out after the storm has passed, their hive has been completely destroyed. They know they have to rebuild, and at least they still have each other. They find a new, more sheltered spot and get to building. But the work is hard. The bees are tired. They just want to be home already. They just want their old home back. Bentley and the bees have to find ways to keep their spirits up and keep looking to the future. It may not look exactly what they imagined. And it will be hard. But together, they can get through anything. Includes a note to adult readers with more information on helping kids build resilience and supporting them through tough times.
