Potato tuber dormancy is an amazing and interesting subject matter. In this book, it shows the results and discussed the different treatment combinations applied in order to remediate this natural physiological endodormancy that every tuber undergoes. Hormones and mechanical treatment - scarring using a scarifying machine, a prototype - has been investigated through this study. This opens a new technology that will help Filipino potato farmers achieve faster sprouting, thus, higher viable tuber seeds.
