I've been a designer and illustrator for over 30 years with a career in London before coming to New Zealand in 2002. When we arrived, I formed Chocolate Dog Studio with my husband Neil who's a photographer. We named the company after our very naughty dog; Monty The Chocolate Lab.I love animals and, for me, my job couldn't be better. I get to paint and draw animals all day long, whether it's children's books or animal portrait commissions.We've been settled in Mapua since 2010 and these days we have a new Chocolate Dog Dog - a Springer Spaniel pup named Archie.
