A cook book including recipes such as lamb tagine, chicken korma, fish pie and grandmother's meatballs with spaghetti, desserts include poached pear, and tarte au cintron.
Aoileann Garavaglia combines cookery with family life in Kilcullen, County Kildatre, where she lives with her partner and small daughter. She has been delighting young chefs with her RTE series "Yumee' (seen as part of The Den for several years). She also published two cookbooks for children; Yumee and It's a Yumee World. Having had a life-long love affair with food she brings inventiveness, enthusiasm, knowledge and skill to cooking. In autumn 2007 Aoileann will feature in a 12-part TV series created by RTE for TG4 and entitled An Chistin.
