Üsküdarin Üc Sirlisindan biri de, Halvet-Melam mesrebli bir bankaci olan Sevket Turgut Culpan Efendidir. Turgut Baba, 14 Mart 1910 tarihinde Üsküdarda dogmus, yine burada 30 Temmuz 1990 tarihinde vefat etmistir. Turgut Babanin 1951-1974 yillari arasinda Rahman bir cezbe ile yazdigi nefesler ve Noktaciklar adini verdigi diger yazilar kendisi tarafindan daktilo edilerek iki ayri ciltte toplanmistir. Bu siirler ve sözler umumiyetle vahdet-i vücd, seyr ü sülk ve meratib-i tevhd halleriyle, Ehl-i Beyt-i Reslullah sevgisiyle alakalidir. Bu kitap; Sevket Turgut Culpanin nefeslerini, noktaciklarini ve kendisinin Ynus Emrenin Ciktim erik dalina anda yedim üzümü misrasiyla baslayan siirine yaptigi serhi ihtiva etmektedir.

Sevket Turgut Culpan Efendi, known as one of the three mysterious Sufis in Üsküdar, was a Khalvati-Melami Sufi Master. Turgut Baba was born on 14 Mart 1910 and died on 30 Temmuz 1990 in Üsküdar. Turgut Baba compiled his chants and short essays named Spots in two volumes written by a Divine attraction between 1951 and 1974. Those poems and words are mostly about Unity of Being, inner journey and modes of Oneness, and Ahl-al Beyt elementary family of Hz. Prophet. This book consists of Sevket Turgut Culpans Breathings and Spots and his paraphrase of a Yunus Emre poem starting with the verses I climbed on a plumb tree...
Breathings came to light for the testacy of our teacher Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yüksel Özemre with the encouragement of Turgut Babas daughter Nese Culpan and decedent wife Hayriye Culpan.
